KBI Biopharma — SCADA Expansion & Migration
Led a SCADA plant expansion and converted an existing AVEVA Wonderware system to GE iFIX. Developed SCADA graphics, programmed fermenter skids using phase management, and completed GMP documentation including OQ/PQ commissioning.
Targa Resources — Cryogenic Gas Plants
Led development of PLC and SCADA systems for three 250 MMSCF cryogenic gas plants using a Rockwell ControlLogix backbone with an AVEVA HMI.
Agilent — Pharmaceutical Process SCADA
Engineered a plant process system using Rockwell ControlLogix PLCs and GE iFIX SCADA for downstream processes including chromatography, ultrafiltration, and lyophilizer rooms.
