Programmed and commissioned three 250 MMSCF cryogenic gas plants. JESolutions led development of the PLC and SCADA systems using a Rockwell ControlLogix backbone with an AVEVA HMI.

AES Biotech Partnership — Bioreactor & Fermenter Automation
Designed and programmed single-use bioreactor and fermenter skids, developed PLC and SCADA standards for GMP-compliant facilities, and collaborated with scientists on process recipe development and MES integration.

Led a SCADA plant expansion, converted an existing AVEVA Wonderware system to GE iFIX, programmed fermenter skids using phase management, developed SCADA graphics, and completed GMP documentation including OQ/PQ commissioning.
